Using this site

This site is ours, built to introduce Table Lamp Studios, showcase our roster, and let artists, managers, and studios reach us. You're welcome to browse it, share links to it, and use the submission form for its intended purpose. Don't scrape it, attack it, or use it to send us anything unlawful, harassing, or infringing.

Site content & ownership

The text, design, photography, and code on this site belong to Table Lamp Studios or are used under license, unless otherwise noted. Artist names, artwork, and releases shown here belong to the respective artists. You can't reproduce or repurpose our site content commercially without asking us first.

Submitting your music

• Sending us a submission doesn't create a contract, a deal, or any obligation on our part to respond, sign you, or keep your submission confidential beyond what our Privacy Policy promises.
• You keep every right to whatever you submit. Nothing about sending us a link or a demo transfers ownership, licenses your master, or grants us any right to release your music. That only happens if we sign you, and only under a separate written agreement you agree to and sign.
• Only submit music you have the right to share. Don't send us someone else's work without permission.

Third-party links & embeds

Artist pages on this site link out to and embed players from services like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and Bandcamp. Those are run by their respective companies under their own terms — we're not responsible for their availability, content, or how they handle your data.

No warranty, limited liability

We provide this site as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Table Lamp Studios isn't liable for damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything in it. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't let us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site or our practices change. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
