This is a short, plain-language policy. We're a small, faith-driven label — we collect the minimum we need to hear your music, sign artists, and run the site, and we don't sell your data.
When you use the submission form on our site, we collect what you give us directly: your artist or project name, your email address, a link to your music, and whatever you tell us about your work. If you email us or reach out through the site, we keep that correspondence.
Our site itself doesn't run analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. We load fonts from Google Fonts and, on artist pages, embedded players from Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and Bandcamp — those third parties may set their own cookies or collect usage data when their embeds load or play. That's governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.
We don't use submission data for marketing, and we don't share it with third parties except where it's necessary to run the label — for example, a lawyer or accountant helping us with a deal you're party to.
If we don't sign you, we keep submissions long enough to consider them and then delete them, typically within 12 months. If you'd like your submission removed sooner, just ask. For signed artists, we keep records for as long as our working relationship lasts, plus whatever period our contracts and the law require after that.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@tablelampstudios.com and we'll sort it out — we're a small team, so you'll hear from a real person.
If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't retroactively change how we handle data you've already given us without telling you.
